Pinnacle Business Solutions, Inc. (PBSI) was established by
Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, A Mutual Insurance Company to administer
its public programs and to pursue new public programs.
Since 1966, PBSI has been supporting technology, claims operations, training and customer
service solutions in the heath care arena, primarily in Medicare. We also
provide assistance to government contractors, who seek our expertise in
Medicare, EDI, HIPAA, Transaction Processing, System Development, and Project
Management related disciplines.
PBSI is headquartered in North Little Rock, Arkansas and has over 800
employees located at its headquarters and satellite offices in Arkansas,
Louisiana, eastern
Missouri, Rhode Island, Florida, and Maryland.
