To this end we invested heavily in validating our commitment to quality through
industry-recognized processes. Our FISS Maintenance Organization was appraised
at CMMI Maturity Level 3 in November 2007.
Our Medicare Part A and Part B Operations achieved ISO 9001:2000
registration in June 2006 as a registered quality system by the International Organization
for Standardization.
