PBSI is the Part B carrier for Arkansas, and Louisiana, and is the Part A Fiscal Intermediary for Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Moreover, we are an integral part of the team that serves as the national maintainer for the Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS), the software system through which all Part A claims are processed.
