Pinnacle Business Solutions, Inc. (PBSI) has been supporting technology, training and customer service solutions in the heath care arena, primarily in Medicare, since 1966. We also provide assistance to government contractors, who seeking our expertise in Medicare, EDI, HIPAA, Transaction Processing, System Development, and Project Management related disciplines.

PBSI is the Part B carrier for Arkansas, Louisiana, eastern Missouri, and Rhode Island, and is the Part A Fiscal Intermediary for Arkansas and Rhode Island. Moreover, we are the national maintainer for the Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS), the software system through which all Part A claims are processed.

PBSI provides our clients with top of the line solutions, including claims processing, system development, Paperless Operational Workflow Electronic Routing (POWER), data center solutions, the Fiscal Intermediary Shared Systems (FISS), program management and support.

We have provided support for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) since the inception of the Medicare program in 1966. We also provide support to many state and local organizations.
